Title VI Details


A year ago this month, on October 10, Hurricane Michael hit Panama City at a Category 5.  As a result, Panama City Developmental Center (PCDC) received extensive damage and was fully evacuated.  Thanks to the staff and management of PCDC, all residents were evacuated without harm or incident.  Thanks to the staff and management of the developmental centers in Tallahassee, Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach, those residents had a safe harbor to go to. We are thankful to those dedicated staff for ‘riding the storm out’ and to those people and organizations who donated so that our employees and residents had what they needed in an incredibly difficult and heart-breaking time.  A year later…we remember…and we are grateful.

  • Pensacola Care, Inc. d/b/a Panama City Developmental Center (PCDC) operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, and national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with PCDC.
